Job Description

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and placing quality candidates for our clients. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, or individuals with strong networking skills who want to work independently with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various industries.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve successful closures within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment (agency or corporate) preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Access to job portals / sourcing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
