We are looking for freelance recruiters to source candidates for call center jobs with leading companies in Egypt.

Who can apply:

• Graduates, undergraduates, gap years, and dropouts are all welcome.
• Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet.
• Remote jobs – work from anywhere in the world.

Your role:

• Source candidates online or offline (social media, connections, referrals).
• Share opportunities available on our platform.
• If your candidate is hired and passes training, you get paid.

Commission per hire (highest in the market):

• English: 1,500 EGP
• German: 2,500 EGP
• Spanish / Italian / French: 2,000 EGP
• Dutch: 3,000 EGP

Requirements:

• English level B2 or above.
• At least 2 hours available per day to work.
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New grad

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
