Senior Talent Management Specialist

Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent to meet business objectives. As a key player in our HR team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR colleagues to implement effective talent management programs that foster employee growth, engagement, and high performance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance leadership and functional capabilities.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
  • Support the creation of career development frameworks and learning pathways.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage career progression frameworks to enhance internal mobility.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and key talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build individualized development plans for key talent.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct employee experience surveys and analyze feedback to recommend improvement strategies.
  • Implement recognition programs to support a strong culture of appreciation and motivation.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, learning & development, or organizational development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
