Freelance Recruiter - Commission Base

This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will source, screen, and submit candidates for open roles listed on the platform. You earn commission for every successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and personal networks

• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and role fit

• Submit qualified profiles via the platform

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain accuracy and compliance while submitting profiles

Requirements

• Prior recruitment or talent sourcing experience

• Strong candidate management and communication skills

• Ability to deliver quality profiles within timelines

• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms (preferred)
