About Us
Voya Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in handcrafted breads, viennoiseries, and baked goods made with premium ingredients and traditional techniques. We’re expanding our presence in the café and hospitality sector and are seeking motivated freelance sales agents to help us grow our B2B client network.

Role Overview
As a Freelance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new B2B clients — such as cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique retailers — to carry or serve Voya Bakehouse products. This is a results-driven, commission-only position ideal for individuals with strong connections in the F&B or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, approach, and onboard new B2B clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai
• Present Voya Bakehouse’s product portfolio to potential partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Coordinate with our production and delivery team to ensure client satisfaction
• Report progress and market insights to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector
• Existing network of café or restaurant contacts is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must be based in the UAE (no visa sponsorship provided)

Compensation

• Commission-only basis (attractive rates per confirmed account or volume)
• Flexible working hours and autonomy in managing your own schedule
