About the Role

Code Reve is looking for a results-driven Freelance Sales Executive with proven experience closing IT and web development projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.com.

This is a closing-focused role, not just bidding. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete client communication, conducting video sales calls, and converting international leads into paid projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads from freelancing platforms
• Conduct Zoom / Google Meet discovery & closing calls
• Close web development, MERN stack, WordPress Projects
• Manage end-to-end client communication
• Maintain follow-ups and deal pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience closing projects on freelancing platforms
• Strong spoken and written English (international client communication)
• Experience conducting video sales calls
• Understanding of IT services (Web Development, E-commerce, Marketing)
• Target-oriented and commission-driven mindset
• Availability for full night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience)
• Attractive commission per closed project
• Performance-based increments

High performers can earn significantly above base salary through commission.
