As our digital presence expands, we are looking to collaborate with a creative and strategy-driven Freelance Social Media Manager who can help shape, grow, and manage our Instagram presence with intention and consistency.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Freelance Social Media Manager who understands visual storytelling, aesthetic branding, and audience psychology—especially on Instagram.

You should be able to translate our shoots, projects, and brand philosophy into engaging content that builds credibility, attracts premium clients, and maintains a refined digital identity. If you have experience managing creative brands and can balance strategy with aesthetics, we’d love to collaborate on a monthly retainer basis.

Responsibilities as a Freelance Social Media Manager:

Instagram Strategy:
Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with brand positioning, services, and target audience.

Content Planning:
Plan feed posts, reels, carousels, and stories based on shoot calendars and marketing goals.

Content Writing:
Craft compelling captions that reflect the brand voice—clean, expressive, and emotionally engaging.

Reels & Trends:
Identify relevant Instagram trends and adapt them tastefully to suit the brand’s premium aesthetic.

Posting & Scheduling:
Manage posting timelines, optimize posting hours, and ensure content consistency.

Engagement Management:
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions in coordination with the team.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, inquiries) and provide actionable monthly insights.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content aligns with the studio’s clean, modern, and expressive visual language.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative director, editors, and production team to repurpose shoot content effectively.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Instagram accounts for creative brands (portfolio is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels strategy, and content psychology.
  • Ability to write premium, emotionally intelligent captions.
  • Knowledge of content calendars, insights tracking, and audience growth strategies.
  • Basic understanding of photography/videography aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with brand vision.
  • Flexible for weekday meetings and occasional in-person coordination.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
