Body Love by Madison | Women’s Wellness Brand

I’m looking for a thoughtful, experienced social media assistant/manager to support the growth of my dedicated health and wellness platform, Body Love by Madison.

This account is separate from my larger personal platform and is focused exclusively on women’s health, functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed wellness, and earth-based living.

This is not an entry-level role. I am looking for someone who understands the women’s wellness space and can help translate depth into compelling, structured, growth-oriented content.

About the Brand

I am a Holistic Nutritionist and trauma-informed practitioner with a background in functional medicine and nervous system healing. My work bridges physiology and psychology — supporting women through hormone balance, gut health, metabolic resilience, and somatic awareness.

This platform is educational, nuanced, and integrity-led. It is not trend-led, but it is trend-aware. I care deeply about clarity, embodiment, and substance.

The Role

I am looking for someone who can operate as both:

• A strong creative executor
• A light strategic partner

I have strong ideas and educational depth. I need support in structuring, refining, editing, and optimizing content so that we can post consistently and grow intentionally.

Consistency is extremely important to me. I value someone who can help build steady momentum week over week.

We will aim to post 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Content calendar planning
• Structuring and refining content ideas
• Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style)
• Designing educational carousels
• Writing and refining captions
• Supporting audience growth strategy
• Light analytics review and performance tracking
• Maintaining cohesive visual identity
• Repurposing long-form content into social formats

Important

AI can be used as a support tool, but I am not looking for someone who relies on AI to generate all content. My brand voice is nuanced, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience and clinical knowledge. I value thoughtful writing and discernment.

This account should be trend-aware but not trend-driven. Depth and integrity matter.

Creative Direction

Visual design is an important part of this brand. I have a strong appreciation for thoughtful, earthy, and holistic design that reflects the tone of the work.

I will provide inspiration, references, and guidance so the right person can learn the look and feel of the brand over time. An appreciation for natural aesthetics, minimal design, and elevated wellness visuals is a plus.

You Are

• Experienced in growing wellness-focused accounts
• Familiar with women’s health, hormones, gut health, and nervous system regulation
• Strong in video editing and educational formatting
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable collaborating and thinking strategically
• Interested in growing alongside a mission-driven brand

Details

• 8–10 hours per week to start
• 2–3 posts per week
• $30–40/hour depending on experience
• Opportunity to expand as the brand grows
