Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable projects on Freelancer.com
• Read and analyze job descriptions carefully
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Follow up on submitted proposals
• Maintain records of bids submitted and responses
• Coordinate with the technical/team members for accurate project understanding
• Help in negotiating project budgets when required

Required Skills

• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Experience bidding on Freelancer.com
• Understanding of IT/Design/Development/Digital Marketing services (as applicable)
• Proposal writing skills
• Basic knowledge of project costing and timelines
• Client handling & negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ year experience as a Freelancer Bidder(Freelancer.com)
• Proven track record of winning projects
• Knowledge of multiple freelance platforms is a plus
