Freelancer & Upwork Sales Specialists

MindScapeLA, a Karachi-based digital agency specializing in Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and SEO , is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Johar Block 15.

We are looking for a junior to mid-level professional with proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing high-quality proposals, and communicating effectively with international clients.

Key responsibilities include project hunting, proposal writing, lead generation for digital services, client follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams for project estimation and delivery alignment.

Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or freelance bidding, strong written English communication skills, and a basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services.
