Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee freestyle skiing programs, ensuring structured training and development for all age categories.
• Provide professional coaching, instruction, and performance analysis through techniques such as video reviews and progress tracking.
• Supervise and mentor freestyle coaches, promoting consistent quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct both private and group lessons tailored to different skill levels, including sessions for individuals with special needs.
• Support event management and promotions, assisting with freestyle competitions and Ski Academy activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, and HSE compliance.
• Promote Ski Academy programs and services, contributing to revenue generation through upselling and customer engagement.
• Participate in training sessions for instructors and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.
