Job Title: Freight Broker (Freshers) – Night Shift (Female Candidates Preferred)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and energetic freshers to join our Freight Brokerage team. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the US logistics industry with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients in the US market.
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely pickup & delivery of shipments.
• Track and update shipment status to customers.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and adapt to brokerage tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome (graduates preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (US timings).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
