What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts — your relationships, your revenue
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers across FTL, LTL, and more
• Manage shipments from booking to delivery with precision and care
• Prospect aggressively and expand your book through cold calling and networking
• Be the go-to problem solver when things get tough on the road

What You Bring

• An active book of business (this is a must)
• A proven history of closing in freight brokerage or logistics sales
• Sharp negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
• Experience with TMS and/or CRM platforms
