About the Role:

Proxima House is looking for a dedicated Experienced Freight Broker and Car Hauler to join our in-house logistics team based in Karachi. This role involves working closely with shippers and carriers across the U.S. to coordinate freight deliveries and Car deliveries negotiate rates, and ensure everything runs smoothly from pickup to drop-off. If you're someone who enjoys fast-paced work and is great at communication and coordination, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and build strong relationships with shippers,carriers and Car showrooms.

Post loads and secure trucks using load boards and dispatch tools.

Negotiate fair and competitive freight rates.

Track shipments and provide real-time updates.

Resolve any delays or issues professionally.

Maintain accurate records of loads, clients, and communication.

Requirements:

Experience in freight brokerage or Car Hauling.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with load boards (e.g., DAT, Super dispatch, Truck stop ) and TMS systems.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Must be able to work on-site in Karachi during designated U.S. business hours.
