Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, and Land).
• Prepare accurate pricing and quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and customers for smooth cargo movement.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to freight forwarding.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or above in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Personality: Pleasant and professional demeanor, with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight pricing, quotations, and operational processes.
