About the Role

The Freight Forwarding Manager will oversee daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring smooth coordination of air, sea, and land shipments while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will manage logistics teams, coordinate with carriers and clients, monitor shipment processes, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong logistics expertise, operational management skills, and experience in freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments
• Oversee import and export logistics activities
• Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment delivery
• Manage freight schedules, documentation, and customs coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly
• Lead and support freight forwarding and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers
• Monitor operational performance and service quality
• Prepare logistics reports and operational updates
