Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven USA Truck Dispatcher to join our growing trucking operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the U.S. freight market and the ability to secure high-paying loads while maintaining strong communication with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Secure profitable loads from reliable brokerages and load boards

Negotiate competitive rates to maximize revenue per mile

Plan and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and minimize delays

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations

Manage documentation, invoicing, and billing processes

Provide dispatch support and resolve on-road issues efficiently

Assist drivers with ELD support, trailer rentals, and factoring services

Requirements

Minimum 1 year proven experience in USA truck dispatching

Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of U.S. freight market operations

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
