Position: Freight Operations Executive
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time

• (6 PM to 2 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with carriers, agents, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth shipment flow and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, customs procedures, and company policies related to import and export shipments.
• Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to align operational capabilities with customer requirements and service commitments.
• Monitor shipment statuses, proactively identify potential delays or disruptions, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and operational documentation for internal use and customer updates.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with freight management systems, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work across departments.
• Knowledge of air and sea freight operations is preferred.
