- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue management.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive innovation.

- Represent the company in industry events, networking, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the freight forwarding or logistics sector.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
