About the Role

We are seeking motivated students with a medical or healthcare background to join our team as Patient Scheduling Associates for the night shift. This role is perfect for individuals currently studying in medical, nursing, or allied health programs who want hands-on experience in a clinical operations environment.

You will support our healthcare team by managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, verifying information, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments in the system
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and referral details
• Provide accurate information on clinic procedures and availability
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointment accuracy
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times (HIPAA-compliant)
• Document interactions clearly and efficiently
• Assist with other administrative tasks assigned during the shift

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a medical, nursing, or allied health program
• Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during night shift hours
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive or high-stress situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
