Job Description

As a Fresher SDR for our African Market campaign, you will be trained to connect with B2B and B2C buyers across various African countries looking to import quality used vehicles from Japan. You will learn how to pitch inventory, build international trust, and navigate global trade logistics all during standard daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn & Apply: Quickly absorb professional training regarding vehicle specifications, shipping logistics to major African ports, and regional import regulations.
• Outbound Outreach: Connect with potential buyers and dealership networks via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
• Deal Cultivation: Follow up with interested clients, understand their budget requirements, match them with the right inventory, and guide them toward a sale.
• Target Achievement: Work closely with Team Leads to meet daily connection metrics and monthly sales milestones.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Intermediate / A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English. A confident, persuasive, and clear speaking voice is your biggest asset.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating social media, CRM software, and digital communication tools (especially WhatsApp Business).
• Attitude: A high-energy, resilient mindset. Sales requires persistence, and we value candidates who bring a positive, driven attitude every day.
• Shift Availability: Looking for a regular Day Shift schedule that aligns closely with African business hours.
