Front Desk Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression while managing daily front desk operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff professionally
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail,
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or email
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning)
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and office support tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Presentable personality and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous front desk/reception experience is a plus

  • Problem-solving ability

Pay: Rs75,000.00 per month
