Front Desk & Administration Executive

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages when required.
  • Maintain a proper visitor log and ensure adherence to office security and access control procedures.
  • Ensure the reception area and overall office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Supervise support staff (office assistants, housekeeping, security) and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, utilities, and other administrative services.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement of required items.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records, documents, and files.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating arrangements.
  • Monitor office expenses, bills, and petty cash (if applicable), ensuring proper documentation and control.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and tracking of office assets, equipment, and furniture.
  • Support HR and other departments in administrative and coordination tasks when required.
  • Address day-to-day operational issues promptly and ensure minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a high standard of conduct when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Shift: Night

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
