Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team at the Best Western Plus Soho. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and promoting our luxurious properties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process reservations accurately. Follow checklist when going through check in or check out with guest. Always retrieve necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival.
  • Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Responsible for issued bank. Count bank at beginning and end of shift. Ensure that all cash drops are done in accordance to with proper cash handling procedures and report all cash over/ shorts to management.
  • Keep front desk area clean and organized.
  • Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and managing reservations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
