Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. This position will include shift work.
Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with guests over the phone and through Wyndham online, checking in guests with accurate contact and payment info, communcating with other shifts and the manager daily, keeping the property secure, and continuing payment training.

-Develop knowledge of hotel operations and activities
-Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
-Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
-Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
-Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
-Learn local area resources for guest questions
Qualifications
-Friendly and outgoing personality
-Familiarity with hospitality or customer service industry standards
-Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
-Basic Computer literacy
-Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation and communicate promptly with manager
-Able to lift 30 pounds
