Country Inn & Suites is looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide guests with a pleasant stay by answering questions and providing assistance during check-in and check-out. You will be responsible for all aspects of guest stay, such as welcoming guests, maintaining lobby and breakfast area presentations, and managing guest requests. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of our hotel services and hospitality best practices. You will be able to exercise good judgment in making decisions that affect guests’ experience both during and after stays. We want to be a welcoming, friendly, and helpful destination for our guests as they arrive at the hotel or visit our offices.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
  • Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner; return calls when available
  • Listening to guest needs and provide assistance
  • Maintain breakfast food levels and preform breakfast cleanup
  • Inspect rooms following brand standards
  • Receive and handle incoming mail and emails
  • Make reservations, reservations for hotel bookings, room bookings
  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area and the surrounding areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service, hospitality, receptionist or similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
