Job Summary
Join the Staybridge Suites dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Duties

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly, energetic attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and swift resolution to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing information with attention to accuracy
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold hotel standards

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations
• Exceptional phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally over the phone or in person
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to manage guest expectations diplomatically
• Experience in night audit procedures and resort or hotel environments preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
