Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
  • Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations.
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations, billing, and guest requests.
  • Ability to remain energetic, professional, and courteous during high-pressure situations.
  • Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services or front desk duties is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
