Front Desk Agent

Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Madison Huntsville Airport is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Agent to serve as the Welcome Ambassador for our hotel and the Madison/Huntsville area.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer questions and provide local recommendations
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back

• A passion for helping people
• Hotel experience is a plus, but a great personality is even better!
