We are seeking 1 dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting. If you have a passion for guest relations and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel amenities and services
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Utilize phone systems to answer calls and direct them appropriately
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Approx 16-24 hours per week (must be able to work 1 shift 7a-5:30 pm & 2 evening shifts, 3p to 11p)

***Opera experience is beneficial.
