Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently. Experience is not necessary but is a plus.

Availability

Seeking morning shift (7am to 3pm) applicants with open availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls from guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
  • A passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
