Position Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service with a positive attitude
• Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and process payments
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Assist guests with Hilton Honors memberships and benefits
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and hospitality area presentation
• Handle guest issues or complaints with professionalism
• Follow safety, security, and brand protocols
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
• Professional appearance and friendly personality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
• Hilton experience or PMS system experience a plus (PEP experience ideal)
