Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in representing our hospitality brand.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent interpersonal skills.
