Front Desk Agent – Hampton Inn Bow Greek

Pay: $14/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 7–3, 3–11, (flexible scheduling available)

About Us

Areya Hospitality Management is a fast-growing hotel ownership and management company focused on delivering elevated guest experiences across boutique and branded properties.

Our Hampton Inn hotel is newly renovated hotel —and we are looking for team members who take pride in hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out
• Assign rooms and accommodate guest requests whenever possible
• Manage reservations, including same-day and future bookings
• Process payments (cash, credit, room charges) accurately
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide information on hotel services, events, and local attractions
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas
• Assist with light operational duties (breakfast setup, lobby upkeep, etc.)

• Strong communication and guest service mindset
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
