Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Provide information about the facility, services offered, and local attractions to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or office management role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Experience in calendar management or personal assistant roles is a plus.
