Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and maintaining high standards of guest relations. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to support our diverse clientele.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and reservations
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with tact and promptness
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing transactions
• Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of hospitality software is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if necessary
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations and guest requests
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with hospitality standards
