Front Desk Agent Graveyard - CPR shelter

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy of guest information
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the Shelter's facilities and services.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

-Must always remain awake and alert for the safety and security of the facility and Occupants.

- Laundry, Bedding and towels

-Mopping and dusting lobby and business center
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in office management software and tools
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Accurate data entry skills with the ability to transcribe and type quickly
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings
- Front desk experience in a Shelter or customer service setting is preferred

Hours- 12am to 8am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate should be friendly, approachable, and able to provide exceptional customer service. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are also important for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
