As a Front Desk Agent at A-Class Concierge Services LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their guests. Located in various client locations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests to the community warmly and assist them efficiently.
• Manage phone systems to handle inquiries professionally.
• Provide information about the apartment building, local attractions, and amenities to residents.
• Assist with resident requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of front desk interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
• Monitor resident feedback and report any concerns to management for improvement.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably as a front desk agent.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Familiarity with resident management systems and basic security protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual abilities are an asset in serving diverse clientele.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
