<Duties>

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our establishment
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
• Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, concierge services, and special accommodations
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns with empathy and resolving issues swiftly
• Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/out processes and guest relations
• Experience with hotel management software or property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and perform administrative tasks efficiently
