Front Desk Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous
