What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer questions, provide local information, and assist with special requests to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, working towards a resolution.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and address guest needs with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management software a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all office records.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining organized files.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally in person or over the phone; bilingual skills are a plus.

Experience Required:

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in medical or dental reception settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
  • Experience with office management tools such as calendar management software or appointment scheduling platforms is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs.
  • Previous clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and record keeping will be beneficial.
