Job Overview

DAVID Corry is looking for an energetic, personable, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, communicating both in person and on the telephone, and creating a great customer experience.

Hospitality, minor bookkeeping and customer service is a plus. We're more interested in attitude, character, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

DAVID Corry has proudly served the community since 2016, and we're excited to find the next great addition to our team.

Responsibilities

Superior customer service

Greet/Assist all customers with any inquiries and request

Answer all phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments

Cash out parts/service customers

Accounts Payable

File repair orders and parts counter slips

Scan documents

Prepare mailings

Prepare documents for new/used inventory

Any additional tasks that management deems necessary

Basic Skills Required

Computer knowledge and other record keeping systems to manage information

Money collection, and giving customers appropriate change

Must be able to work effectively with others

Availability

Monday - Friday - 12:00 - 6:00 pm

Every Other Saturday (required) - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
