Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to support office operations.
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and clerical duties like copying and filing.
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and assisting with administrative requests as needed.

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, including roles such as receptionist or personal assistant.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and general clerical tasks.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant clerical experience is valued highly. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative skills in a supportive environment while making meaningful contributions every day!

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
