looking for a highly organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, playing a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our office.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area and ensuring it reflects our professional brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Support various administrative tasks and team members as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus
