As a Front Desk Coordinator, you –
- Act as primary contact for all requests and tasks completed by the front office and receptionist staff. Coordinate and communicate with all staff to ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists Receptionists when needed including providing support and ongoing training.
- Receive payment, record receipts for services, and make daily bank deposits.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets or other documents.
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct them to specific destinations.

Education / Experience –
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- One to two years of related office administrative experience strongly desired.
- Experience using a multi system phone line strongly preferred.
