As a Front Desk Coordinator, you –
  • Act as primary contact for all requests and tasks completed by the front office and receptionist staff. Coordinate and communicate with all staff to ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assists Receptionists when needed including providing support and ongoing training.
  • Receive payment, record receipts for services, and make daily bank deposits.
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets or other documents.
  • Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct them to specific destinations.

Education / Experience –
  • High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • One to two years of related office administrative experience strongly desired.
  • Experience using a multi system phone line strongly preferred.
