Front Desk Executive

Handle patient inquiries, appointments, billing coordination, and provide courteous assistance to visitors and doctors. Maintain smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and registration.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and billing coordination.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
