Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors courteously and assist them with inquiries
- Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures
- Handle billing-related queries and coordinate with the accounts department
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
- Maintain patient files, reports, and records (manual or hospital management system)
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality as per hospital policies
- Handle patient feedback and escalate issues when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
