🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Maintain records, files, and documentation efficiently
• Manage front desk operations and coordinate daily office activities
• Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment
  
  

💼 Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of computer applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of accounting
