We’re looking for a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure front-desk security by following access control procedures.
  • Manage and update daily attendance records, including manual attendance sheets for staff.
  • Monitor and record OD’s (outdoor duties) for the Administrative and Sales teams.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate with vendors for cheque collection and other related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist management with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in front-desk or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
