We’re looking for a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front-desk security by following access control procedures.
- Manage and update daily attendance records, including manual attendance sheets for staff.
- Monitor and record OD’s (outdoor duties) for the Administrative and Sales teams.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate with vendors for cheque collection and other related matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist management with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in front-desk or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
