Front Desk Officer

Job description:

WOW Real Estate LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with a hospitality customer service background, and strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide basic administrative support to internal teams
  • Ensure a positive first impression of the company at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
  • Native Arabic Speaker – mandatory
  • Hospitality customer service background is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in real estate, corporate offices, hotels, or service-based environments
  • Currently residing in the UAE
